Understanding sound instead of just operating sound, sound is both technical and spiritual.

Did you know Jesus had a sound Guy?

For God to bring in the complete Worship experience He has to include sound. Why? Because “faith comes by hearing” ( Romans 10:17 ). No hearing, no faith. There is a biblical pattern for good sound mentioned in the Bible

There is a difference between a technician and an engineer. An engineer is a technician who understands and is himself a worshiper. This class will give you the tools to be able to understand what worship is and the role of the sound engineer in worship. This class will equip you to be able to paint a picture on the aural canvas.

Understanding Signal Flow.

Want to be in the sound ministry but not sure if you have the capabilities?

This 6 hour class will help you with the basics of sound, taught by helping the student to understand Signal Flow. It is an overview helping you understand what sound is.

Understanding signal flow is probably the most important tool for a good sound person. Tools that will make you a better mixer and troubleshooter.

So what is Signal Flow? It is the path a sound signal takes on its way through equipment in the sound chain, from source to destination.

To put it simply, “Input and Output,” microphone to speakers.

Why do you need to know this? if you understand Signal Flow you will be able to walk into any situation and be able to setup or troubleshoot any sound system.

Being a great sound person means understanding sound.
